With our expertise in tube bending and our digital bending machine, we can produce bent tubes up to 45mm in diameter and 3mm thick. The maximum length of tube developed is 4500mm.
The bending machine is fully electric and has 9 servo axes. The swivel head is capable of left and right bending and can accommodate a 250mm tool stack.
Some punching on thin tubes can be performed by the integrated hydraulic unit during bending.
The accuracy of the tube bending is such that we are able to meet the demands of customers in the automotive, truck and office furniture industries.
The company also offers a tube centring pawn service. Léo François also designs and manufactures stamping tools and has expertise in mechanical welding.
